Firstly, this site aims to help people living with sleep paralysis, especially those who suffer from intense nocturnal aggression and whose origin can be linked to something, whether it is a traumatic event, a bad lifestyle, a worry… This site does not target all cases of paralysis, even if the objective is still to try.
Secondly, by trying to titillate your unconscious, especially through sleep paralysis, things may come back to you, whether good or bad. If these things are bad, it may depress you to a great extent. Perhaps you will even experience traumatic amnesia, as I experienced many years before my first sleep paralysis.
However, you should know that if your unconscious brings these things up to you, it is because he considers that you are ready to face them. And believe me, he’s always right about that, no matter how long it takes for you to recover !
It’s up to you to see if you’re willing to take the risk of seeing those things that can be good as well as bad. You should know that in any case, sooner or later you’ll have to face them…

The objective for you is above all to understand/decrypt the messages of your unconscious. If you manage to have a dialogue with him, it will be a bonus !
MAKE SLEEP PARALYSIS LUCID :
In order to make lucid my dreams, because during a sleep paralysis, we are not always aware that we are dreaming, I applied the technique I read in the book of the mentalist and Youtuber Fabien Olicard : Votre cerveau est extraordinaire ! A book that I strongly invite you to read if you understand French, because it is very interesting for personal development (and I’m not just saying that because legally, I’m obliged to quote the source! I really read and appreciated his books on the brain !) 😛
In his book, he explains in the chapter on lucid dreams that in order to have a lucid dream, you have to ask yourself a question which we choose beforehand, several times during the day, so that it becomes a habit. By becoming a habit, the objective is to ask it even in dreams, allowing us to know that we are dreaming.
In my case, I didn’t want to impact my normal dreams (already that I rarely remember), I only wish to make my dreams under sleep paralysis lucid. Being paralyzed at every one of my paralyses, my question was: “am I paralyzed? ».
When I asked myself this simple question in real life, I checked to see if I could move my limbs: if I could move them, I wasn’t dreaming under sleep paralysis, but if I could not, it was because I was dreaming under sleep paralysis.
With this technique, and maybe because I was motivated to kick the presence’s butt in my dreams, I was able to be conscious and less paralyzed the first time I had sleep paralysis. For the first time, I was even able to physically see the presence that haunted my dreams, as well as call it a “bast**d”! Well, don’t make me angry ! XD
I’m not saying that this technique works right away, but like any lucid dreaming technique, it usually requires patience before seeing the first effects (in my case, I was lucky to have elements that made it easier). With practice, you should be able to do it too. Don’t hesitate to modulate the technique according to your preferences !
Personally, I couldn’t move completely during my first lucid paralysis. It came little by little and with practice…
This technique for making dreams lucid is one of many. If there are recurring techniques that work for many of you, I will most likely mention them too.
THE RELATIONSHIP :
Understanding that I was dealing with an entity (which I didn’t know what it was at the time, as even the term “sleep paralysis” was still unknown to me), I quickly decided to establish a relationship with it.
Being able to consider humans, animals, insects (except mosquitoes and wasps because they attack us all the time) and any other entity in the same way, I started to talk to the presence normally. I think that it is because of this nature that I was lucky enough to be able to quickly get to where I am today (it took me 10 months before I was in harmony with the Mind Flayer).
As you know that this presence is our unconscious, it is perhaps not worth doing as I did at the time, who did not know it, namely to ask him each time: “who are you? ». But always try to see, you never know if you will have different answers to mine 😉
By starting with small attentions such as “hi, how are you?” or “see you soon”, I think we can start by creating a relationship as with any human. The objective of these attentions being to show our unconscious that we are friendly so that it can express itself and to us, while we listen to him. Little by little, the relationship between you and your unconscious mind may evolve: maybe it will stop attacking you, maybe it will have a softer appearance, maybe the atmosphere will be lighter, maybe he will express things differently and maybe you will even become friends with it.
Don’t hesitate to put forward your positive thoughts so that the atmosphere is less dark. You too can “control” some parts of this paralysis, such as changing the environment if you have a good knowledge of lucid dreams. But don’t forget that it’s your unconscious who has put all these things in your dreams. He also needs space in your dreams !
Wanting to control everything, as I once did, your dream may fade quickly. Pretend you’re dealing with a shy, sweet doggie who needs to be approached gently…
YOUR TECHNIQUES :
Having found a woman who could communicate with her unconscious mind almost as I could, while being able to dance with it, her approach to calming the assaults of her unconscious mind was more direct.
Indeed, after a year and a half of being assaulted, including sexually, this woman gave up one evening, thinking that the assault could possibly go well. In her dream, she asked her unconscious directly to be gentler with her during the act.
Since this request, his unconscious took on an increasingly human form (the person realized that he could shape it). She was even able to dance with her unconscious ! It seems to be a universal step to have real interactions with one’s unconscious! LOL
Then overnight, she had less sleep paralysis, although she still fears these moments a little and prefers to avoid them (which is understandable given the assaults). When she can’t escape her paralysis, she still manages to speak softly with her unconscious.
Like what, it just takes a little sometimes !
IT’S EASY TO SAY !
It’s true that it’s easy for me to say, as I have not suffered much aggression during my sleep paralysis. However, as a civilized human being, not wanting war but love, have you ever shown this thing that you do not want to harm it ? Have you ever tried to listen to it ? Make it talk ?
For many of you, the answer is no. Some of you have even found techniques to escape those bad dreams. Instead of your unconscious, of course I’ll also freak out: I’m supposed to live with someone all my life and he doesn’t listen to me ! See he’s running away from me ! Of course I will take revenge on you in the form of a super stylish monster ! Because yes, style does matter when I see some apparitions of the Mind Flayer XD
It’s true that the shape of this thing can be demonic, but that doesn’t stop you from trying to sympathize. We’re good friends with dogs, which are basically a dangerous and aggressive species. Why not with our unconscious, whatever form it takes ? Why not with ourselves, actually ?
And in the worst case where I’m wrong and that thing is not our unconscious but a demon, what would be wrong with being friends with a demon, if it doesn’t hurt us ? As a “civilized” being, we shouldn’t be racist towards demons too, right ? They may suck at communicating without frightening us, but until proven otherwise, they shouldn’t all be bad…
Besides the spiritists ! The unconscious is supposed to be a representation of our past lives ! All the more reason to try to approach it !
It is by showing my sympathy for my unconscious that today I can say that I am almost one with him. We still sometimes have some conflicts together, which is normal when you live with someone. And the worst thing about our conflicts is that he’s always right… the bast**d ! But he’s still my best friend… XD…
Again, the goal for me is not for you to have interactions like me with your unconscious, but rather than you to understand its messages. By understanding the messages of your unconscious, you understand yourself !
