Lucid dream (this is going to be the shortest story I’ve ever written to date).
CONTEXT :
The day before, having had a paralysis that I hadn’t taken control of as I usually do, I didn’t know what to think…
Before I went to bed, I asked myself questions to find out if I was in a dream, in order to increase my chances of having a lucid dream. The only dream I had last night was the following.
DREAM :
I’m at work (which I had just left for good a few days ago), on the stairs about to go down from the third floor, following a guy who was talking to me (he was supposed to talk to me about work, but I don’t remember exactly what he was saying).
Just before going down the first step, I realize that I’m in a dream (maybe I realized this because I remembered that I quit my job a few days ago or maybe because I didn’t know where I was before I landed where I was). The guy I was following continued down the stairs without me and without turning around for a second.
Wanting to not miss the opportunity, my first action was to call the Mind Flayer: “Mind Flayer, are you there? ».
At that very moment, I think Flageounet was going to appear in front of me in a new shadow form, as I was seeing images in my head of the Mother Boss from Space Invaders on PS1 (see the image above). However, even before he appeared, I could feel the world upset behind me, seeing that everything was turning to dust (as if Thanos had snapped his fingers), to bring me back to reality.
BACK TO REALITY :
When I woke up, I was too tired to think, but I knew that I must have been too abrupt in this dream.
DREAM ANALYSIS :
Since I wished I could dream lucid dreams, because I no longer had sleep paralysis and still had no answer to the story of the castanets, I had just achieved my first one.
Apparently, forcing things too much doesn’t mix well. As Fabien Olicard said in his video, disrupting a lucid dream too much can interrupt it, since we upset the dream set up by the unconscious.
I think I’m going to have to slow down a lot on forcing appearances and never mind about the answers…
